Are you a small business owner?

If you are a small business organized as an LLC or corporation make sure you file your beneficial ownership information report by the end of the year 2024! This a new law and its an easy process you can follow. I did this for Moquin Accounting & Tax, LLC and it took about 15 minutes. Here is an excerpt from the the website:

"Effective January 1, 2024, many companies in the United States must report information about their beneficial owners—the individuals who ultimately own or control the company—to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), a bureau of the U.S. Department of the Treasury"
