 Moquin Accounting & Tax, LLC is a solely owned CPA firm based in Fort Wayne, Indiana.  The firm is licensed in Indiana, and its owner, Lance Moquin, CPA, holds CPA licenses in both Indiana and Michigan.  The mission of Moquin Accounting & Tax is to provide tax, accounting, and financial planning services to individuals and small businesses. I add value to every client by building long‑term, trust‑based relationships and meeting each person where they are, without judgment.

Summary of Experience

​

• Controllership experience for a manufacturing company which is a subsidiary of a publicly traded company focusing on operational finance, budgeting, forecasting, closing monthly books, product costing and financial analysis.  Prior to becoming controller, I was a financial analyst and staff accountant handling many accounting duties.  Total experience in the manufacturing industry is 13 years.

• 4 years experience in public accounting focusing on personal and business tax preparation and auditing companies ranging from small non-profits to large organizations.

• Finance Administrator for a non-profit organization

• Investment Advisor Representative with Archer Investment Corporation

• Operating as a sole proprietor & LLC doing income taxes for 20 years.

• Past volunteer for IRS VITA program in Michigan
